Yes — Futura Nona Cove is a pet-friendly community, but there are specific fees and rules you should know before moving in: 

Allowed Pets: Cats and dogs are allowed at the property.
Maximum pets: Typically up to 2 pets per apartment. 
One-time pet fee: $400 per pet (non-refundable). 
Monthly pet rent: About $25 per pet per month. 
Breed restrictions apply

Yes, Futura None Cove is 100% smoke-free.
No smoking is allowed inside buildings or courtyards.
Smoking is only permitted in the parking lot, at least 10 feet from the buildings.
Applies to all tobacco products to include hookahs as well as marijuana (medical or not) per signed lease.

Required supporting documents: Government-issued ID (driver’s license, passport, or state ID – must be valid) Proof of income for the last month (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly paystubs preferred or three recent months of banks statements. Other additional documents are accepted – contact the office for more information.) Application processing takes 24–72 hours, depending on background verification.

All individuals over 18 must bring a valid government-issued ID: A Valid Driver’s license, passport, or state ID Tours are only given with proper ID present.
